Delivery

We are available from Monday to Saturday at 7:00am - 7:00pm, across the whole Region IV.

Same day delivery cutoff time can be earlier during popular holidays such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Easter etc. Specific time delivery requests can be placed, but we don't provide any guarantee regarding exact time delivery.

Service Charge: Additional 10% of charge when the Buyer choose to Rush an order.

Cancel Order

Request for cancellation of an order will be honored, provided that the order fulfilling process has not already begun by your local florist. If we are able to cancel an order successfully, your money will be refunded entirely.

Kindly contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. Help us serve you better by providing the order number and as much information as possible.

Return & Refund

We make sure that all our customers are happy with our service. If you feel that you don't need some of the products delivered to you, we will gladly take it back and return your money. If the total is less than the previous order amount, we will credit the difference money in your account.
